Hammersmith & Fulham Council
How Hammersmith & Fulham Council use leaflet distribution to engage with their residents
With 21 wards and a population of more than 180,000, the team in charge of London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham have their work cut out for them when staying in touch with their residents.
Finding a reliable leaflet distributor was a challenge for the council. With so many items to distribute, the council needed a company with the skills and capacity to reliably handle a high volume of publications at a price that respected their budget.
A leaflet distribution service to rely on
Having worked with other London borough councils, we understood the requirements and high standards expected in the public sector.
Our adaptability and experience meant the council were able to pass a diverse range of projects to us, with complete confidence. Activities we’ve supported them with include:
- Print and distribution of complex publications such as local council newspapers
- full coverage leaflets such as waste collection updates and school admissions leaflets
- highly targeted leaflets for schools, libraries and youth clubs
- partial distributions for particular postcodes or businesses on certain roads.
A successful
working relationship
Customer service has been integral to the success of the working relationship and is cited by the council as being one of Letterbox Distribution’s main strengths.
We chose Letterbox Distribution because we had more confidence in them than anybody else. They were, and continue to be, the most accurate and reliable distributors we’ve ever worked with by far. I can’t fault the customer service. I’m able to call up and speak to our account manager Bev or Tracey. It’s that personal touch that really makes the difference
