Engage Platform terms

1. Purpose of these terms

These Engage Platform Terms apply to the use of the Engage mapping and address analysis platform (“Engage”) operated by Greatbatch Limited trading as Letterbox Distribution (“the Company”).

These Terms govern access to and use of Engage and form a Schedule to the Company’s Master Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope and application

These Terms apply to:

• All clients, users and authorised representatives granted access to Engage
• All data, mapping, address counts, reports and outputs generated by Engage

Use of Engage constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Master Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of the Engage Platform

Engage is a planning and analysis tool designed to assist with:

• Address identification and counts
• Geographic mapping and visualisation
• Area selection and consultation planning
• Distribution and communication planning

Engage does not guarantee completeness, accuracy or suitability for any specific purpose.

4. Data sources and accuracy

4.1 Engage may use data from multiple sources, including third-party mapping, address and geographic datasets.

4.2 The Company does not warrant that:

• address data is complete or up to date;
• mapping boundaries are exact;
• outputs reflect real-world conditions without error.

4.3 Engage outputs are provided for guidance purposes only.

Clients remain responsible for:

• verifying data where accuracy is critical;
• decisions made based on Engage outputs.

5. User responsibilities

Users must:

• Use Engage only for lawful and authorised purposes
• Ensure access credentials are kept secure
• Not attempt to manipulate, extract or misuse data
• Not rely on Engage as the sole source of decision-making where accuracy is critical

Unauthorised use may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 All intellectual property in Engage, including software, interfaces, workflows and outputs, remains the property of the Company or its licensors.

6.2 No ownership rights are transferred to users.

6.3 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Engage during the agreed access period.

7. Availability and support

7.1 Engage is provided on an “as available” basis.

7.2 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7.3 The Company may:

• suspend access for maintenance or security reasons;
• modify or update platform features at its discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 Engage outputs do not constitute professional advice.

8.2 The Company shall not be liable for:

• reliance placed on Engage outputs;
• decisions made using Engage data;
• errors arising from third-party data sources.

8.3 Liability is subject to the limitations set out in the Master Terms and Conditions.

9. Suspension or termination of access

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Engage where:

• misuse is identified;
• payment terms are breached;
• continued access poses legal, technical or reputational risk.

10. Data protection

Personal data processed through Engage is handled in accordance with the Company’s Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notice.

11. Governing terms

These Engage Platform Terms are governed by and incorporated into the Company’s Master Terms and Conditions.

In the event of conflict, the Master Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

12. Review and ownership

These Terms are reviewed periodically by the Company.

Responsibility for these Terms rests with Company management.
